Mr. Sachs has spent his entire career in the successful start-up and operations of more than a dozen real estate and mortgage banking businesses.  He is best known for his innate ability to make sound real estate lending decisions, based on the evaluation of risk versus reward.  As a portfolio lender in the 80s and 90s, he substantially increased his financial condition by making sound, asset-based, lending decisions.  He is accredited with creating one of the most profitable savings associations in the country and in 1988 was rated the most profitable savings association in the country.  He brings a wealth of knowledge from the banking side of the industry through his contact and dealings with regulators, including the FDIC and the OCC.  His 30 years experience, knowledge, foresight, and sound judgement coupled with his aggressive determination have earned him respect and rewards, personally and professionally.
